About the publication
Facts. Context. Connections.
Not headlines and opinion.
Apolitical Being is built around a simple idea: understanding global events requires more than headlines and opinions. It requires facts, context, and the ability to see how events connect.
We focus on geopolitics, current affairs, history, economics and major global developments, presenting them through verified information, timelines, and structured analysis.
Our aim is not to tell you what to think, but to give you the context and information needed to understand what is happening and form your own conclusions.
01The Standard
-
Signal over noise
Every item earns its place. If it doesn’t change how you understand the world, it doesn’t run.
-
Facts, not narrative
We report what happened, who did it, and what it means — never what the author feels about it.
-
Verifiable sources
Every claim carries a source. If we can’t verify it, we don’t publish it.
-
Context, not commentary
The facts, set in the context you need to interpret them — so you can reach your own conclusion.
-
Plain language
No jargon, no hype, no overhyped wording. Clear sentences for careful readers.
-
Independence
No sponsors, no party, no hidden agenda. Readers are the only constituency.
02How a brief is built
-
Something happens
An event, a filing, a release, a dataset — the record starts there, not with an opinion about it.
-
A source is captured
The publisher or authority is named, and linked where it exists, so the claim can be checked at origin.
-
It is filed by event date
The strip carries the date the thing happened — not the date we got round to writing it up.
-
It is placed, or marked concept
Located pieces carry a place. Pieces about a mechanism rather than an event are flagged location-independent and kept out of place search.
-
It is published, or it is not
If the fields are empty, the brief does not run. The strip you see is the working, left visible.
- EVENT12 Sep 2026
- When it happened — not when we published it.
- LOCNew Delhi
- Where it happened. Omitted when a piece has no single place.
- SRCPress Information Bureau
- Where we got it. The link is there so you can check us.
- concept
- A mechanism rather than an event — no single place to file it under.
03What we cover
Beyond the live briefs, the reference library is organised into two families — subjects and records. Every section opens even when empty.
